Stewart Contracting can do it all. He has done a flip house for me, he took care of everything. He built my own personal back deck addition. 2-story with half of it enclosed. All done on time and excellent quality. I go to Dustin with all of my building and remodeling needs. He can do it all. He even did a medical office build out. Great work, great company and above all else a great person to work with and help navigate everything contracting related.

Embarking on a kitchen remodel involves many moving parts, and finding the right team for the crucial demolition and construction phase is paramount. For our project, we found that essential partner in Stewart Construction. Their expertise in handling the foundational and structural aspects of our renovation was instrumental in setting the stage for our dream kitchen. Our interactions, particularly with Dustin, were excellent from start to finish, making a potentially disruptive process feel managed and professional. One of the more complex aspects of our project involved significant concrete work for our new kitchen island in our central Kentucky home (built in 1995, slab foundation). Stewart Construction expertly handled the cutting of the concrete slab with protective barriers to cut down on dust, the precise installation of necessary conduit within the cut, and the subsequent seamless repair of the concrete. This meticulous work provided a perfect and level foundation, showcasing their technical skill and attention to detail, critical when dealing with the core structure of a home. Their expertise extended smoothly to the necessary structural changes. They skillfully managed the demolition of existing walls and the careful construction of new ones, integrating them perfectly into our home's existing structure. This included replacing drywall. Furthermore, they adeptly navigated the task of running a new exhaust vent through the walls and terminating it cleanly on the exterior. Tasks like these require careful planning and execution, and Stewart Construction handled them with impressive competence. Throughout their time on site, Stewart Construction demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Dustin was consistently great to interface with, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the project scope and progress.
